Where we ship

Currently US only (all 50 states). International shipping (UK, EU, AU) is coming soon — sign up for the newsletter to be notified.

Processing time

Orders ship within 2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans the package.

Delivery estimates

• Contiguous US: 3-5 business days via UPS Ground or USPS Priority.
• Hawaii / Alaska: 5-8 business days via USPS Priority.
• PO Boxes: USPS only, 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs

• Standalone orders: Flat $9 shipping.
• Full Stack bundles: Free shipping.
• Orders over $300: Free shipping.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of your order shipping. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email support@operationgear.com.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo (if damaged). We'll send a replacement at no cost.
