Refund Policy

60-day return window

You have 60 days from the delivery date to return any Operation: Gear product for a full refund. No restocking fees. No hassle.

Eligibility

• Product must be in like-new condition.
• Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• Returned to the address we provide (we email you a prepaid US shipping label).

How to start a return

1. Email support@operationgear.com with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label (US only) and a return address within 1 business day.
3. Pack the product and drop it off at any USPS / FedEx location.
4. Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the return. Funds may take an additional 5-10 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Damaged or defective

If your product arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period (1 year), email support@operationgear.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Exchanges

Want to swap a Tabletop for a Tower (or vice versa)? Treat it as a return + new order. Refund issued on the original once we receive it, and the new order ships immediately.

Bundle returns

If you bought a Grab 2 bundle (Tabletop × 2 or Tower × 2) and want to return one unit, we prorate the refund to the standalone single-unit price — $379 for The Tabletop, $649 for The Tower — and refund the difference.
